With over 24 years of experience in human services, Stephanie Matthews brings warmth, compassion, and a welcoming spirit to everyone who walks through our doors. She treasures the wisdom shared by our participants, finding joy and inspiration in their stories. Outside of MODS, Stephanie stays busy with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys canning food, cooking, traveling, and exploring her love for art and music.

Having worked at MODS for 17 years, Allison is fond of the comradery and connections she has between herself and participants. Allison coordinates our monthly programming and ensures that it runs smoothly day-to-day. She loves to spend time with family, event planning, and donating time to her church.

Alysha is the creative force behind our social media and the friendly face guiding families through the admissions process at MODS. Beyond her work here, she runs her own freelance marketing and social media business, teaches classical ballet part-time, and is training to become a certified yoga instructor. Alysha loves chatting with participants and sharing in their uplifting energy every day. When she’s not at MODS, you’ll likely find her reading, rock climbing, or enjoying the outdoors.

Desiree has over 35 years of experience as a certified Nurse Aide. You can find her checking up on participants here at MODS and ensuring proper care for everyone.In her free time, you can find Desiree volunteering for her local neighborhood group or crafting jewelry.
